We utilize a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, and vertical ring rolling machines of types 250, 450, and 650. Our heat treatment facilities encompass medium frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and a 1000KG/Hour no-oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With our current equipment, we are capable of producing forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining factory is furnished with cutting-edge CNC machining equipment, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines, ensuring precision and efficiency.
