We excel in the research and production of hot die forgings, offering a comprehensive range of services to meet the needs of customers requiring forgings. Our primary focus is on the design forging processing of mechanical parts for automobiles, including trailer parts, trailer axle spindle, forged trailer hub, torsion arm, and trailer axle, as well as railroad forgings, agricultural machinery forgings, valve body hole forging, oil pipeline connecting nuts, rigging, and more.
Our forging capabilities are powered by top-notch equipment, including friction press production lines of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by advanced mold processing machines. We also feature a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T&3T Electro-hydraulic hammers, and Type 250, 450, & 650 Vertical Ring Rolling Machines. Our heat treatment facilities include a medium frequency induction heating furnace, a continuous tempering furnace, and a state-of-the-art 1000KG/Hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With these facilities, we manufacture forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining factory is outfitted with advanced CNC machining equipment, boasting 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
