Our advanced forging equipment lineup features a formidable friction press production line with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, augmented by mold processing machinery. We utilize 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammers, and 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, alongside Type 250, 450 & 650 vertical ring rolling machines. Our heat treatment arsenal includes a medium frequency induction heating furnace, a continuous tempering furnace, and a 1000KG/Hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With this state-of-the-art equipment, we are capable of producing forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120 kg. Our machining facility is thoroughly equipped with sophisticated CNC machining technology, comprising 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers, complemented by over 30 NC machines.
