Our state-of-the-art forging equipment includes friction press production lines of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T capacities, complemented by mold processing machines. We also boast a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T & 3T electro hydraulic hammers, and Type 250, 450, & 650 vertical ring rolling machines. Our heat treatment equipment features a medium frequency induction heating furnace, continuous tempering furnace, and a 1000KG/Hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With these advanced facilities, we can produce forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining factory is fully outfitted with cutting-edge CNC machining equipment, featuring 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
