We operate a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, and Type 250, 450 & 650 vertical ring rolling machines. Our heat treatment facilities boast medium frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and a 1000KG/hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. Our state-of-the-art machining factory is equipped with a complete arsenal of advanced CNC machining tools, featuring 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers alongside over 30 NC machines, enabling us to produce high-quality forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg.
