Our state-of-the-art forging equipment includes: Friction press production lines of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by mold processing machines. We employ a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer and 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, alongside Type 250, 450, and 650 vertical ring rolling machines. Our heat treatment capabilities feature medium frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and a 1000KG/Hour no-oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With these advanced facilities, we produce forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120 kg. Our machining factory is fully outfitted with cutting-edge CNC machining equipment, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
