We offer a comprehensive suite of services for clients requiring precision forgings. Our main focus is on the design and forging of mechanical parts for automotive applications, including trailer components, trailer axle spindles, precision-forged trailer hubs, torsion arms, and trailer axles, along with railroad forgings, agricultural machinery forgings, valve body hole forgings, oil pipeline connecting nuts, and rigging, etc.
Our state-of-the-art forging equipment portfolio includes: Friction press production lines at capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by mold processing machines, 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammers, 2T & 3T Electro hydraulic hammers, and Vertical Ring Rolling Machines of Types 250, 450 & 650. Our heat treatment facilities feature medium-frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and 1000KG/Hour non-oxidation isothermal normalizing furnaces. With our current setup, we are capable of producing forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120 kg. Our machining factory is outfitted with an extensive array of advanced CNC machining equipment, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers, supplemented by over 30 NC machines.
