Our primary forging arsenal includes: Friction press production lines with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by molding processing machines. We utilize a 100KJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, and Type 250, 450 & 650 vertical ring rolling machines. Our heat treatment facilities boast a medium frequency induction heating furnace, a continuous tempering furnace, and a 1000KG/Hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With our state-of-the-art equipment, we are capable of producing forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining factory is fully outfitted with state-of-the-art CNC machining equipment, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
