Our state-of-the-art forging equipment includes a friction press production line with 2500T, 1600T, and 630T capacity, supported by mold processing machines. We employ advanced technology such as the 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, and Type 250, 450 & 650 vertical ring rolling machines. Our heat treatment facilities boast medium frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and a 1000KG/hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With this advanced equipment, we can manufacture forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining factory is outfitted with cutting-edge CNC machinery, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
