Our state-of-the-art forging equipment features a Friction press production line with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by advanced mold processing machines. We boast 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammers, 2T & 3T Electro hydraulic hammers, and Type 250, 450 & 650 Vertical Ring Rolling Machines. Our heat treatment facilities include medium frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and a 1000KG/Hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With these capabilities, we can manufacture forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining factory is equipped with a complete suite of advanced CNC machining equipment, featuring 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
