Our state-of-the-art forging equipment includes a friction press production line with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by molds processing machines. We also employ a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, and vertical ring rolling machines in types 250, 450, and 650. Our heat treatment facilities boast medium frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and a 1000KG/Hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With these advanced technologies, we can produce forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining factory is equipped with cutting-edge CNC machinery, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
