Our main forging equipment boasts a comprehensive array of advanced machinery: Friction press production lines of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, supported by molds processing machines. We utilize 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammers, 2T & 3T Electro hydraulic hammers, and Type 250, 450 & 650 Vertical Ring Rolling Machines. Our heat treatment equipment includes a medium frequency induction heating furnace, a continuous tempering furnace, and a 1000KG/Hour no-oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With this arsenal, we are capable of producing forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120 kg. Our machining factory is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC technology, featuring 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
