Our advanced forging equipment includes friction press production lines with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, accompanied by mold processing machines. We also utilize a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, vertical ring rolling machines of types 250, 450, and 650. Our heat treatment facilities feature medium frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and a 1000KG/hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With these state-of-the-art resources, we produce forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining factory is outfitted with cutting-edge CNC machining equipment, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
