Our main forging equipment is among the industry's finest and includes a friction press production line with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by mold processing machines. We also utilize 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammers and 2T & 3T electro hydraulic hammers, along with Type 250, 450 & 650 vertical ring rolling machines. Our heat treatment apparatus encompasses medium frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and a 1000KG/hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With this state-of-the-art equipment, we can produce forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120 kg. Our machining facility is fully outfitted with advanced CNC machining apparatus, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
