Our state-of-the-art forging equipment comprises a robust friction press production line with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, supported by advanced mold processing machinery. Our capabilities include a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T and 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, and vertical ring rolling machines in sizes 250, 450, and 650. Our heat treatment facilities feature a medium frequency induction heating furnace, a continuous tempering furnace, and a 1000KG/Hour no-oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. Equipped with cutting-edge machinery, we skillfully produce forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining factory boasts a full suite of sophisticated CNC machines, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers, supported by over 30 NC machines.
