Our state-of-the-art forging equipment includes friction press production lines with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by advanced mold processing machines. We employ a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer and 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, along with Type 250, 450, & 650 vertical ring rolling machines. Our heat treatment facilities feature a medium-frequency induction heating furnace, continuous tempering furnace, and a 1000KG/hour no-oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. Thanks to our cutting-edge equipment, we are capable of producing forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining factory is equipped with over 20 advanced vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers, and more than 30 NC machines, ensuring precision and quality in every product.
