Our state-of-the-art forging facilities include a Friction Press Production Line with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by advanced mold processing machines. We utilize 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammers, 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, and Type 250, 450, and 650 Vertical Ring Rolling Machines. Our heat treatment capabilities feature medium frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and a 1000KG/hour no-oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. Our exceptional equipment enables us to produce forging parts ranging from 1 kg to 120 kg. Our machining plant is outfitted with top-tier CNC machining equipment, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
