Our advanced forging equipment roster features a state-of-the-art Friction press production line with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by mold processing machines. We also boast a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T and 3T Electro hydraulic hammers, and Type 250, 450, and 650 Vertical Ring Rolling Machines. Our heat treatment capabilities include medium-frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and a 1000KG/Hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With our current setup, we can proficiently produce forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120 kg. Our machining factory is equipped with sophisticated CNC machining equipment, featuring 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines, ensuring comprehensive manufacturing excellence.
