Our state-of-the-art forging equipment includes a friction press production line with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by mold processing machines. Our facilities also feature a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, Type 250, 450 & 650 vertical ring rolling machines, as well as advanced heat treatment equipment like a medium frequency induction heating furnace, continuous tempering furnace, and a 1000KG/Hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With these cutting-edge tools, we can produce forgings ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining factory is fully equipped with advanced CNC machining equipment, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
