Our forging capabilities are backed by cutting-edge equipment, featuring a friction press production line with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by mold processing machines. We utilize a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T & 3T electro hydraulic hammers, and type 250, 450 & 650 vertical ring rolling machines. Our state-of-the-art heat treatment facilities include a medium frequency induction heating furnace, continuous tempering furnace, and a 1000KG/Hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With our current equipment, we produce forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining factory is equipped with fully advanced CNC machinery, boasting 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers alongside more than 30 NC machines to ensure precision and efficiency.
