Our state-of-the-art forging equipment includes a friction press production line with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by mold processing machines. We also feature a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, and vertical ring rolling machines in sizes 250, 450, & 650. Our heat treatment facilities boast medium-frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and a 1000KG/hour no-oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With our current equipment, we can produce forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining facility is fully equipped with an expansive array of advanced CNC machining equipment, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
