Our advanced forging equipment portfolio includes: a friction press production line with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by state-of-the-art mold processing machinery. We utilize a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, and high-precision vertical ring rolling machines of types 250, 450, and 650. Our heat treatment facilities boast a medium frequency induction heating furnace, a continuous tempering furnace, and a 1000KG/Hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With this cutting-edge equipment, we are capable of producing forging parts ranging from 1kg to a substantial 120 kg. Our machining factory is equipped with an extensive array of advanced CNC machinery, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
