Our primary focus is the design and forging processing of mechanical parts for automobiles, including trailer parts, trailer axle spindles, forged trailer hubs, torsion arms, and trailer axles. Our state-of-the-art forging equipment includes friction press production lines of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, complemented by mold processing machines. We utilize a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, 2T and 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, and Type 250, 450, and 650 Vertical Ring Rolling Machines. Our heat treatment facilities include a medium frequency induction heating furnace, a continuous tempering furnace, and a 1000KG/Hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With this advanced equipment, we can produce forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120 kg. Our machining factory is equipped with cutting-edge CNC machinery, including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines.
