Our state-of-the-art forging facility boasts an impressive lineup of equipment: Friction press production lines with capacities of 2500T, 1600T, and 630T, supported by cutting-edge mold processing machines. We utilize advanced 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammers, 2T & 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, and Type 250, 450 & 650 vertical ring rolling machines. Our heat treatment arsenal includes medium frequency induction heating furnaces, continuous tempering furnaces, and a 1000KG/hour no-oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With this robust setup, we produce forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120kg. Our machining facility is equipped with a full array of advanced CNC machining equipment, featuring 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and over 30 NC machines, ensuring precision and excellence in every product.
