We utilize a 100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer, along with 2T and 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, and Type 250, 450, and 650 Vertical Ring Rolling Machines. Our heat treatment technology comprises a medium frequency induction heating furnace, a continuous tempering furnace, and a 1000KG/Hour no oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace. With these cutting-edge facilities, we have the capability to produce forging parts ranging from 1kg to 120 kg. Moreover, our machining factory is outfitted with a comprehensive suite of advanced CNC machining equipment, which includes 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and more than 30 NC machines, ensuring precision and excellence in every product.
